Mobile360 Privacy Policy

Frontend Forever provides Mobile360 (package com.frontendforever.mobiles360), also called Mobiles 360. This policy explains information handled by the app and its supporting services.
Information We Collect
You can browse phone information as a guest. When you create or use an account, we process your name, email address, account identifier, authentication information, and an optional profile photo. Google sign-in supplies the account information needed to verify your email and sign you in.
Account features can store your saved phones, comparisons, recently viewed phones, preferences, and price alerts. If you publish a review or community post, the submitted content and public profile information may be visible to other users. Support requests and feedback can include your contact details, messages, and files you choose to attach. Avoid including passwords or sensitive information in messages.
If you purchase an app membership, Google Play handles payment. We process the product, purchase token, subscription status, and transaction information needed to verify your entitlement; we do not receive your payment-card number.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect app interactions, searches and screen activity, crash reports, diagnostics, app and device information, and installation or device identifiers. Analytics can derive approximate geographic information from network information. These services help us understand usage and investigate failures. The app does not request precise GPS location. Diagnostic collection may operate when you browse as a guest.
When notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging and our server process a push token and app information to deliver notifications. Network requests can also produce server logs, including IP addresses and request details, for operation and security.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide the catalog and account features, verify sign-in and purchases, respond to support requests, deliver requested alerts, moderate community content, prevent abuse, and improve app reliability and usability.
Service Providers and External Links
Our backend and Google services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and Google Play Billing, support these functions. Their processing is also governed by their applicable privacy terms. See Google's privacy policy.
Retailer links open external services. Purchases from retailers and information you provide to them are governed by their policies. Information you deliberately publish or share can be visible to the audience you choose. We may disclose information where required by law or needed to address abuse or protect users. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, Security and Retention
App-service requests use HTTPS. Account and feature data are stored in the supporting backend, and preferences or cached content may remain on your device. We retain information for the purposes described above, including operating your account, resolving support issues, and meeting applicable obligations. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Account Deletion
You can browse without registering, edit available profile details, and manage notifications through the app or Android settings. You may remove an optional profile photo and manage saved items in the app.
To delete your account, use Settings > Delete account, or submit a request at the account deletion page. The web process verifies your email before acting on the request. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction obligations; request-specific details can be provided by support.
Children's Privacy
Mobile360 is intended for people researching phones, and is not designed as a children's service. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address it.
